- Refunds: If we cancel a service reservation, full refunds of deposits and upfront payment will be omitted.
- Security Deposits Refunds: Any security deposits paid for a service reservation cannot be refunded.
- Upfront Payment Refunds: If a complete payment was required at the time of reservation, we will issue a full refund if a cancellation request adheres to our cancellation terms. Otherwise, We will refund up to 75% of the deposit made.
- Notification of Refund: If we cancel your reservation, we will promptly notify you via phone or email of the cancellation and provide a full refund of the paid deposit or the upfront payment. These refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original payment.
